Movement & Mindset Course to Activate your Nervous System

A 3 week introduction course on the Nervous System, how it works and how you can take yours out of Fight or Flight to a Rest and Digest System.

We will be learning tips and techniques from World Leading Doctors of the Nervous System such as Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Andrew Huberman and more.

We will be learning through conversation, visuals and movement using smovey as is personally recommended by Dr. Peter Levine to activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System.

  • When: Wednesday’s 14th, 21st & 28th September
  • Time: 8PM GMT (Ireland & UK) = 4PM EST (New York, Florida)

I will be doing 2 classes every Wednesday. You are welcome to come to both if you like :-)

90 mins: 30 mins movement, 30 minutes mindset, 15 minutes breathing & 15 mins Q & A
